How can I purchase WindView Display?

WindView can be purchased as a display-only unit for teams that already use a Scarlet anemometer, or as part of a bundle with WR-3 Plus, WL-21 or WindPro.

Can WindView work with my existing Scarlet anemometer?

Yes. WindView can pair with an existing Scarlet anemometer by entering the sensor’s AD number into the display. Once paired, it shows real-time wind speed from that sensor.

Does WindView support data logging?

WindView is designed for fixed wind speed display and alerts. For data logging, teams can use WR-3 Plus, WL-21, or WindPro systems to record and export wind data in .xlsx or .csv format.

  • No. WindView display & wind sensor is paired and tested before shipping. Customers who already have a Scarlet Anemometer and purchase the WindView display separately can easily pair the devices by following the simple steps in the user guide.

  • Up to 500 meters between the WindView display and Scarlet wind sensor under direct line-of-sight conditions. Indoor installation or obstructions between the devices may reduce the transmission range.

  • +/- 2% FS accuracy, with each wind sensor is calibrated and tested before shipping.

  • 0.3 to 50 m/s with adjustable resolution between m/s (default), MPH, km/hr.
