Founder
Dr. David Huang,
Managing Director
Dr. David Huang founded Scarlet Tech in 2011, leveraging his extensive background in medicine, public health, and ICT.
His experience includes collaborations with WHO on accident prevention in low- and middle-income countries, and a role as a Senior Executive at the Health Authority in Abu Dhabi, specializing in trauma and injury prevention. Motivated by these experiences, he established Scarlet Tech to create innovative safety solutions with a focus on international markets.
